    This is not only a statement piece for the kitchen or bakery but it rolls smoothly, feels good, shouldn't slip in the hands as the knob handles are a hearty grab.  This is 3 different kinds of hardwoods, laminated and then turned as a unit and is a single piece.  Measures nearly 17" knob to knob.  The rolling surface measures 10.75". Nearly a 3" diameter.  It's bold, beautiful and beefy!  It was just conditioned with
    "Wood Preservative"
    and this maintains the natural beauty of cutting boards, chopping blocks and wooden kitchenware.  Is 100% mineral oil.  This product meets FDA
    requirements
