The material is 13oz. matte "scrim" PVC vinyl with a slight woven, textured finish. The scrim fibers help keep the material flat and rigid to avoid sagging and a nice "lay-flat" appearance.
The UV ink used to print is not only bright and vibrant, but is the most durable technology offered to date. The color remains fresh even if displayed outdoors for many years and indoors, the banner could last indefinitely.
The outer edge is a folded hem with double stitching (not heat-weld, glue or tape) for added stiffness as well as a reinforced point for the grommets that are spaced every 24" for easy, sag-free installation.
