    Description

Presenting a pair of Vintage bronze articulated 'Fish' earrings. This hand-made pair features a stylized Fish, with moveable, beaded scales, and eye, in the Lazano tradition. The earrings measures approximately 2 1/2", from the top of the 14K Gold ball post, to the longest length. Weight is 14.1 grams. It is signed on one backs, LOZANO (see pix). The earrings are in original, unpolished condition, with green patina. The pair are converted clip backs, that now contain 14k post ball tops and clutches for pierced ears. As I was told, Lozano worked for Pal Kepenyes, in Puerto Villarta, and later made similar pieces of jewelry. The earrings, along with the bracelet, and necklaces (also up for sale) were purchased at El Dorado Galleries in Puerto Villarta in 1986, for my personal collection. Check on the other Lazano matching bracelets and necklaces also up for sale.
