VINTAGE DOLPHIN OR FISH PEDESTAL DISH, CLEAR WITH WHITE EDGE

Description

Here is a vintage dolphin or fish pedestal dish that is clear with white on the edge of the bowl.
Looks very much like other listings that are L.G. Wright or Fenton glass.  I am not an expert and don't know how to identify them for sure.
There are a few rough spots along the edge of the base, and on the dolphin's mouth, but not really noticeable unless you pick it up and run your finger along the edge.
