Vintage ARVIN LECTRIC COOK WAFFLE IRON and GRILL, Model 3550, Made in USA

I am offering a gorgeous vintage "new" Arvin Waffle Iron and Grill, model 3550 (Arvin Industries, Inc., Columbus, Indiana)!  Straight out of the 1950's and never used.  This beautiful Made in the USA Waffle Iron and Grill was made to last.  Tons of Chrome and Bakelite and fantastic condition.  Made when you bought an appliance and it was made to last for a very long time.  Comes on, light illuminates and heats up quickly.  The cloth covered cord in is vintage "new" condition.  Also included, which is rare to find, is the manual with wonderful imagery, recipes, helpful tips and care information and the waffle iron card insert.  Being that this appliance is 60 years old, give or take, there is no expressed warranty of the working condition once you receive it.
I have owned this beauty for about 20 years - I never had the heart to use it.  My husband and I have retired and are downsizing, so some things have to go.  Please note, she's heavy.  With the box, I have estimated the weight at 14 pounds.
