No torn or missing pages that I can tell. You will also receive two bonus books, both in good condition. One is the "Recipes of the Five Brothers (40 pages) which is like brand new and the other is a much older book called "Breads - Favorite Recipes of Home Economics Teachers. It is a small wire bound book and has some fading around the outside edges of the pages, but great bread recipes.
