In the production of diamond mills, we rely on our own technology. Together with leading experts, we carefully monitor:
Compliance with the standards for applying diamond spraying - so that it is uniform, without sticking crumbs in one place or passes. This ensures accuracy of the manicure and the absence of burrs;
Radial runout ("centering") of the cutter - its ability to remain perfectly flat at high speeds. This indicator, to a large extent, depends on the first point - the uniformity of the application of diamond chips. If the coating is not uniform, during operation the cutter can “mow”, which will adversely affect the operation of the machine. An uncentered cutter can break the handle of the machine. We check all cutters on special standardization equipment, therefore we are responsible for compliance with quality standards.
Using only high quality materials in production (diamond spraying and medical steel 40X13). Diamond cutters of the EXPERT line serve an order of magnitude longer than usual (without loss of manicure speed). Like all STALEKS PRO tools, cutters are subject to all types of disinfection and sterilization.
GRITNITY OF MILLERS EXPERT
As you know, gritness is the degree of granularity (roughness) of the spraying. With cutters in this regard, the same situation as with files, replaceable abrasives and pedicure discs. To work with a specific type of skin, you will need a milling cutter of a certain gritness.
Again, to form an assortment, we turned to the expert opinion of nail stylists and decided to produce cutters in 3 grits. For convenience, we marked the iron base of the cutter with colored markers:
Red color (red)
- fine grain, for delicate treatment of the skin and natural nail plate.
Blue color (blue)
- medium grain, to smooth out thickenings, hard skin and nails, to move, raise and remove the cuticle.
Green color
- large grain, for quick processing of hard skin and nails, removal of thickenings and treatment of corns, for processing side rollers of nails.
You can find red and blue grit cutters in the working forms “ball”, “flame”, “cylinder”, “drop”, “kidney rounded” and “sharp kidney”, “truncated cone”, “needle”. The working form of the cutter with green (the hardest) grit is only one - the "cylinder is rounded".
