Shilajit [silajatu (Sanskrit) or mumijo (Russian)] - ancient natural, but still concealing many mysteries, a substance found primarily in the rocks of the mountains in Russia, Mongolia, and Himalayas. It is a bitter-tasting with a specific pungent odor, dark brown or black in color substance. When heated, shilajit (mumijo) softens, dissolves in water to form a cloudy solution.
SUGGESTED USE:
Recommended daily dosage for adults is 0.25g for a period of 3--4 weeks. Dissolve in a glass of warm water, herbal tea, or almond milk and drink before or after the meal. Daily dose can be split in 2 or 3 equal portions, to be taken throughout the day. After a month of consumption, for better results it is recommended to have a two-week break and then to resume consumption.
