Soak feet in warm water for a few minutes. Open internal pouch and remove booties. Cut along the top of the booties, one at a time, and insert feet. To adjust size, use tape included. Wear the booties for 30 minutes then remove and discard. Wash feet thoroughly with warm water. Dead skin will start to peel away within 5-7 days revealing soft and supple skin.
