Mi bisabuelo luchó con ellos en la Batalla de Churubusco y me siento muy orgulloso de ello. CDMX.

I dedicate this ex-Voto to Saint Patrick in honor of the bravery and courage of the Irish soldiers who, under the command of General John O'Reilly, fought alongside the Mexican Army against United States troops. My great-grandfather fought with them in the Battle of Churubusco and I am very proud of it. CDMX.
