    We just acquired several nice and clean union cases.  Some with and some without ambrotype photographs.
    This comes with it's glass, the hinges work well, and the clasp securely closes (and opens).
    This piece measures approx 3.75" x 3.25".  Nice strong pattern on case.   Some dust and/or case lightening  in groves as you can see.   We don't see any obvious cracks or chips.
    Mustard yellow velvet has wear as shown..
    Overall very good condition for age.
