Non-Defective terms

Non-defective items which have NOT been opened or unpacked from their original packaging will be accepted for refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are NON-refundable. however a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Items damaged in shipping

Returning an open box
If you decide to return any item and have opened the box or have broken the manufacturer's seal, a restocking fee will be applied unless the item is defective. See Below.
