Up for bid is a crisp and clean First Day Cover in excellent condition with a hand cancel.  The back flap is OPEN.  The stamp has the Mail Early Tab attached.  I have the 1990 edition of the Mooney Catalog of 7/1/71 First Day Covers and he gives this one a rating of H which means a maximum of 25 covers available.
I do not ship to Russia.  Too many items have gone "missing" in the Russian postal system.
