1860s DUG BLACKGLASS 7 1/2"SMALL SIZE CHAMPAGNE WINE BOTTLE APPLIED LIP HEAVY!

Description

A cute little 7 1/2"tall small size blackglass champagne wine type bottle that we dug with pontiled bottles from an 1860s outhouse privy pit. It is very thick heavy glass for its size!  No embossing.
Hand blown in mold, bimal....sunken bottom, but I cant see or feel any pontil scar.....drippy applied square ring on neck....dark olive green blackglass....only 7 1/2"tall x 2 1/2"round....Excellent condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean bottle....crude whittled glass. A great looking little blackglass bottle in a hard to find size! This bottle could have been a French medicinal liquor because we dug a couple sealed emb French Sirop & Elixir bottles with it.
