eturn Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days. (1) Buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery of item expressing desire to return the item. (2) The Kefir Grains must be returned in ZipLoc bags and a box, just as they were received. (3) The buyer must pay for return shipping. (4) Once all of the above have been fulfilled and the returned Grains received, the buyer will receive a refund for the item, not including (minus) a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
